PETS

Pets may be permitted.  Advance notice and acceptance of the pet as a guest in the house are required.  In addition, the following rules and charges will apply:

1.    Housebroken, adult animals only.

2.    Animals must never be allowed to run loose.  Farm animals are in neighbors' fields.  Wild animals are in the area and should not be disturbed.

3.    Animals can never be left in the house alone.  In other words, if you go someplace, the animals must go also.

4.    There is a cash damage deposit of $100.00 required which will be returned by mail after checkout and the house is cleaned and checked.

5.    There is an additional charge of $10.80 per pet per night.
